A little bit of competition can only be a good thing!

Laura and Steph from team Caminata and Pete from team Speedos(?) have all entered the LDWA challenge event 'Lakeland Spring' on Sunday, 22 miles round the Lake district - not only a good training opportunity but also a chance to check out the competition!

Weather looks fab - I'm off to buy some shorts!!! Possibly we will be able to put some pictures on where we are not buried under 20 layers of waterproof clothing.
